Veteran Nigerian music producer and Mavin Records boss, Don Jazzy, has spoken candidly about his experience working with younger artistes and the challenges that sometimes come with it.
According to him, while he still enjoys creating music and producing beats, not all of the younger artistes he works with appreciate his sound in the same way.
“I still enjoy making beats but most of the young artistes I have don’t really like my beats,” he said.
Despite this, Don Jazzy recalled a memorable and uplifting moment involving Afrobeats star Rema. He shared how pleased he was when the young singer connected with one of his productions for the song Bo0ty Bounce.
