Nigerian singer Jaywon has expressed disappointment with the current state of leadership under President Bola Tinubu, saying it has not met the expectations of many Nigerians.
Speaking on the administration, the singer acknowledged that he had high hopes for Tinubu but believes the reality of governance has fallen short of what many supporters anticipated.
“I can’t deny it, I have expectations from Tinubu, but this version of leadership is not what many of us hoped for,” Jaywon said.
The singer’s statement follow growing public concerns over economic challenges, including rising food prices, inflation, and insecurity, which remain major issues facing many Nigerians.
Jaywon’s comments come amid widespread concerns among Nigerians over the rising cost of living, economic hardship, inflation, and persistent insecurity in the country, issues that have continued to affect millions since the administration took office.
