Nollywood actor Adeniyi Johnson has stirred emotions online after revisiting a house that holds a powerful chapter of his life the very place where he once worked as a painter before fame found him.
Taking to his Instagram page, the Yoruba movie star shared a throwback photo showing himself and others on the job years ago.
According to Adeniyi, fate brought him back to the same house recently, not with paint buckets, but as an actor on a movie set and the moment overwhelmed him with emotions.
The actor revealed that while he once worked there unnoticed, he returned this time as a star, warmly welcomed and asked for selfies by everyone around.
Reflecting on the drastic change in his life, Adeniyi described the experience as a true testament to faith, perseverance, and God’s grace.
In his words:
“I went to shoot in the same house where I was a painter, and I couldn’t control my tears!! I was there as a slave and now as a king.
Everyone wants a selfie.
The green line is pointing at me!!
That was me year 2000/2001, when I was a painter!
The story has changed today, and God is glorified!
