Comedian Broda Shaggi sustains gvnshot injury

Boda Shaggi has reportedly been hospitalised after allegedly sustaining a gvnshot wound while filming a comedy skit in the Sango-Ota area of Ogun State

The entertainer was said to be shooting a skit with members of his production team beneath the Sango-Ota bridge on Sunday afternoon when the incident occurred.

Sources indicated that the comedian was struck by a bullet during the recording session. His colleagues at the scene reportedly acted quickly, transporting him to Blooming Care Hospital in the Alakuko area of Lagos for emergency treatment.

Medical personnel at the hospital were said to have provided immediate first aid upon his arrival before he was later transferred to Duchess Hospital located in the Government Residential Area of Ikeja, where he is currently receiving further treatment and recovering.
