AFCON: Senegal defeats Egypt 1-0 to reach Final

Senegal booked their place in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations final after a 1-0 win over Egypt in Wednesday’s first semi-final at Tangier’s Ibn Batouta Stadium

The decisive moment came in the 78th minute when Saudi Al Nasr forward Sadio Mane netted Senegal’s only goal, breaking the deadlock and sparking celebrations among the team.
