This Is What Banky W Has To Say About The Unknown Woman Who Committed Suicide By Jumping Off Third-Mainland Bridge

Musician Banky W is still stressing the importance of a good psychological as he reacts to the death of a Lagosian woman that committed suicide by jumping off third mainland Bridge yesterday, June 10th.

Banky W took to his IG to give a list of psychological hospitals that are ready to attend to people who are depressed or dealing with depression.

He wrote,

“I just heard the heartbreaking news about the young lady who committed suicide by jumping off the 3rd mainland bridge in Lagos… Barely 48 hours after we discussed Anthony Bourdain.
This is a list of all the regional psychiatric centres in Nigeria (thanks @mocheddah). Please reach out and talk to someone. If you’re dealing with depression, it is not ridiculous. It is not something you should be ashamed of. If you feel like you’re done, and you have nothing left to live for, please believe that you are wrong.. Please talk to someone. Suicide is not the answer.

PS: My *personal* belief is that GOD is the answer. And if you’re in Lagos and willing to try Him, *in addition to getting medical help*, you can go to my church @mytph and talk to someone. Not trying to impose my personal spiritual beliefs on anyone – just sharing what has worked for me.

sophiebae_1Depression is real, I’ve been really depressed but thank God for my son, he’s a baby yet he gives me a reason to hold on
candyflosstubThis is the awareness needed bruv, the stigmatisation of mental health in African countries is the problem, hence people don’t seek help. The address you posted would definitely help some people who suffer from mental health to get help. Stay blessed bruv! Respect.
aadedoyin_68@princessolyezeama my dear don’t loose hope.you are such a beautiful lady.after every tunnel there is always a light.
iammrs_bWhen u say no condition is permanent, people tend to think its only the bad ones, no its not even the good ones. That’s y there is a common saying in Yoruba ” what is good require prayer so that its doesn’t go bad and a bad situation requires prayer so that it would be good. In as much as a mad doesn’t want to die ( as am yet to see a mad man jump in front of a running vehicle) I wonder y a sane person would want to commit suicide all in the name of depression. No one is ever done with life until life is done with u. Always remember God is Love and Love is God.
teenoo1102@pweety_ruthie and nobody seems to understand you and even if you cry out for help they will still not believe you.”
