Magixx shares his view on men covering bills in relationships

Singer Magixx has shared his opinion on expectations around who handles expenses when a man and a woman go out together, offering his personal take based on how he navigates social outings.

The singer explained that for him, financial responsibility often falls on the man, especially when he is the one who initiates the outing or has the means to take care of the bill.

“If you have money as a guy, I mean if you’re comfortable and you take a girl out, you invited her out, you should pay because you invited her,” he said.

He went further to describe situations where roles are reversed, noting that even when women extend invitations, the outcome doesn’t always change in practice.

“Even if the girl invited you, you should still pay most of the time I have girls invite me to clubs and I paid for the drinks,” he added. I don’t know if I would,” Magixx replied, laughing.

His comments reflect how he personally handles outings, especially social settings like clubs, where he says he often ends up covering expenses regardless of who made the initial invite.
