On Instagram, Wizkid directly called out Seun Kuti, writing:

The post appeared to mock Seun’s critiques while implying Wizkid considers himself on a higher level than Fela, sparking immediate reactions online.
He continued the confrontation on X, posting:
“Everyday Wizkid! I fuck ur ugly wife ? Wetin!”
and added,
“Fela fight for freedom this fool Dey fight fc! Oloshi Omo ale !”
Through these posts, Wizkid contrasted Fela’s legendary activism with what he sees as Seun’s focus on criticizing fans rather than contributing meaningfully to broader issues.
