I’m bigger than Fela – Wizkid continues to troll Seun Kuti

Nigerian superstar Wizkid has intensified his online feud with Seun Kuti following the Afrobeat star’s repeated criticism of Wizkid fans for comparing him to his late father, Fela Kuti

On Instagram, Wizkid directly called out Seun Kuti, writing:
“Pussy boy @bigbirdkuti
ok I big pass your papa!!
Wetin u one do? Fool at 40!”

The post appeared to mock Seun’s critiques while implying Wizkid considers himself on a higher level than Fela, sparking immediate reactions online.

He continued the confrontation on X, posting:

“Everyday Wizkid! I fuck ur ugly wife ? Wetin!”
and added,
“Fela fight for freedom this fool Dey fight fc! Oloshi Omo ale !”

Through these posts, Wizkid contrasted Fela’s legendary activism with what he sees as Seun’s focus on criticizing fans rather than contributing meaningfully to broader issues.

The clash began after Seun Kuti publicly condemned comparisons between Wizkid and Fela, arguing that equating a contemporary artist with the Afrobeat pioneer disrespects his father’s cultural legacy. He described such comparisons as ignorant, especially when fans use Fela’s name online.
