Offset has officially been discharged from the hospital after being treated for a gunsh0t wound following a vi0lent incident earlier this week at Florida’s Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
The shooting happened on Monday night, just after 7 PM ET, in the casino’s valet area. Offset was reportedly struck in the leg and quickly rushed to a nearby South Florida hospital for emergency treatment.
According to police, Lil Tjay was taken into custody after being accused of triggering the confrontation that escalated into gunfire.
Authorities say Lil Tjay did not fire the weapon himself, but that one of his associates allegedly shot Offset during the altercation.
According to TMZ, Tjay was booked on a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct-affray and spent a night in jail before being released.
After his release, he spoke briefly to the media and sharply criticized Offset, calling him a “rat.”
The investigation into the shooting is still ongoing as officials continue to piece together exactly what led to the confrontation.
