Content creator Carter Efe has reacted after Babcock University declared that the First Class certificate he shared online was not issued by the institution and warned that legal action could follow
Speaking during a recent live session, Carter Efe appeared to address the university’s statement that he would only honour any invitation from the school if his transportation was paid for.
“Babcock University, I heard you guys are looking for me cause of the fake certificate I posted online, but I won’t show up unless you pay ₦100,000 ticket for me to show up,” he said.
His comment comes shortly after Babcock University distanced itself from the certificate he had earlier posted while claiming he graduated from the institution with a First Class degree in Biochemistry.
The university said the document was fake, unauthorized and did not originate from Babcock University. It also warned that presenting or circulating such a document could have legal consequences.
