Selena Gomez has given her ex boyfriend a shoutout during her self isolation. The Fetish singer, 27, is currently catching up on some new music, films and books that she had never had the time to binge before the coronavirus.
Sharing her favourites with her fans across her social media platforms, Selena proved that there is no bad blood between herself and her ex boyfriend The Weeknd after admitting that she loves his latest record.
In particular, it appears that the songstress adores her ex’s track called ‘Songbird’ the most.
The rather catchy track was included as part of a larger list Selena shared with fans, detailing the types of media she had been consuming throughout quarantine to ‘keep me positive and help pass the time.’
Despite her honesty in relation to her song choices from former flames, some fans found it all a bit weird.
While other’s were left convinced that the brunette beauty called out her ex boyfriend with one reservation in mind – to get his attention.
One confused follower tweeted: “Why is Selena Gomez listening to The Weeknd and not Justin? That’s a huge burn for him!”.
While other shared: “This kind of just smells like a desperate bid to get back with him, I’m not gonna lie!”.

Selena dated The Weeknd, real name Abel Makkonen Tesfaye, for 10 months from 2016 to 2017.
The former flames made their relationship Instagram official back in April 2017 after attending Coachella Music Festival together.
After their split the couple both moved rekindled with their former flames.
The Weeknd picked up his romance with super model Bella Hadid while Selena was rumoured to have gotten close with Justin Bieber once again.
Selena’s latest admission comes after the singer confessed that she was a “victim” of “emotional abuse” during her toxic relationship with ex-boyfriend Justin.
The pair were on and off for around eight years before finally parting ways for good in 2018.
