Runtown Wins Legal Battle Against Former Label, Eric Many

The seven months legal battle between Nigerian singer, Runtown and his former Label, Eric Many led by billionaire businessman, Okwudili Umenyiora has finally come to an end according to Vanguard Newspaper which reported that the Federal High Court in Abuja on Friday, 23rd of  January passed a judgement in favour of the For Life singer, thereby restraining his former label, Eric Many from coming between his affairs as an artiste or in any way.

Runtown and his former label, Eric Many have since been going back and forth on a legal battle since the end of his contract with various issues arising and finally, it seems the case has seen its last day in court.

According to the judgement passed by Justice O.A Musa, it stated that the restraining order placed on the artistes from performing, be suspended immediately, while Eric Many has also been restrained from enforcing the orders already suspended by the Federal High Court, Abuja.

Runtown who also shared the good news on his Instagram could not contain his excitement as it looks like some negative issues from 2018 will not be making his 2019 journey with him and all he could say was “ABLE GOD!!! #VICTOR”
