Rapper NBA Youngboy’s Texas home was raided by a SWAT team as the rapper’s friends were arrested and several weapons seized. NBA, whose real name is Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, owns the home which was searched. The SWAT officers had a warrant to search the home where the music artist’s mother currently lives, according to a Harris Country Sheriff’s Office spokesperson. Neither Gaulden nor his mother were arrested however. Police say the three men are associates of the rapper. It is currently unknown if his mother was home when the raid took place. The firearms which were seized by the SWAT team included AR-15s, pistols and long guns. The men were arrested on multiple charges from aggravated robbery to aggravated assault. The spokesperson for the sheriff’s office, Thomas Gillian, told TMZ that the arrests were related to the November shooting of a 20-year-old man. The man, who was shot several times in the head and body, reportedly survived and is now out of hospital, said cops. In October, the rapper was released on bond from federal prison after police found a gun in the back of a car he was driving. NBA was released on $1.5 million bail after serving seven months and was sentenced to pre-trial house arrest in Utah, where his location was monitored.
