Celebrity rivals Portable and Charles Okocha are set to reignite their long-running feud when they square off in a highly anticipated boxing rematch on July 31 in Lagos
The bout, titled “Unfinished Business,” will take place at the Balmoral Convention Centre in Victoria Island and was officially unveiled by Balmoral Promotions on Tuesday.
Announcing the event on i, the organisers promised an action-packed night, with another fight between Agbaje and Musa also scheduled on the card.
“Africa, the stage is set. Now, we settle the score. Portable. Charles Okocha. Agbaje. Musa. Four fighters. One ring. No more talk,” the announcement read.
The rematch comes at a crucial time for Portable, who is looking to bounce back after suffering the first defeat of his celebrity boxing career.
The singer lost his title to streamer Carter Efe at Chaos in the Ring 4 after all three judges scored the contest 30-27 in favour of his opponent.
Before that setback, Portable had enjoyed an unbeaten run in celebrity boxing, recording victories over Charles Okocha in 2023 and Speed Darlington in 2025 to claim two boxing belts.
The bad blood between Portable and Okocha dates back to 2023, when the singer accused the actor of failing to pay him about ₦40 million from a business agreement.
