Nigeria international Ola Aina has signed a fresh three-year contract with Nottingham Forest, committing his future to the Premier League side until June 2028.
The 28-year-old full-back originally joined Forest in July 2023 on a one-year deal after leaving Serie A club Torino. He quickly became a key figure in the squad, helping the team narrowly avoid relegation in his debut season.
The new long-term agreement is a show of continued trust in Aina’s reliability and adaptability.
During the 2024–25 season, Aina featured predominantly on the right flank under head coach Nuno Espírito Santo, making 37 appearances in all competitions. His solid performances were instrumental in Forest’s seventh-place finish in the league and their run to the FA Cup semi-finals.
Since arriving at the City Ground, Aina has made 59 appearances, scoring three goals and registering two assists.
