Nicholas Oweibo sitting in Federal High Court Ikoyi, Lagos resumed today, Tuesday, October 22, 2019 but was stalled as the defense counsel brought in a “motion on notice” asking the prosecution to front load more documents.
He is expected back in court tomorrow.
Recall he was arraigned, on May 20, 2019 on an 11-count charge of credit card fraud preferred against him by the EFCC.
