Man Utd legend Ryan Giggs ‘dating DJ Helen Stelling Holt’ who is 15 years his junior

Ryan Giggs is reportedly dating a DJ and model who is 15 years his junior.

The Manchester United legend is rumoured to be seeing Helen Stelling Holt, who is already well known on the ‘Cheshire circuit’.

Giggs, 45, is said to now be closed to Helen, who regularly plays music at Old Trafford at corporate events held at the stadium.

There was said to be speculation about their relationship at Rio Ferdinand’s wedding in September, when his former United team-mate tied the knot with former TOWIE star Kate Wright.

Helen has nearly 10,000 followers on Instagram , where she often shares pictures from her part-time modelling.

By trade, she is a relationship manager for the Menagerie Restaurant in Manchester – a venue well-known and popular with celebrities in the north of England.

It is claimed that Giggs, the current Wales manager, has been there with her in recent weeks.

Helen was a guest in a corporate box at Manchester United’s match with Partizan Belgrade in the Europa League last Thursday night and has been present at matches numerous times this season.

A source told The Sun: “Helen is a well-known face on the Cheshire circuit, and is very popular.

“She’s a lovely girl and, like Ryan, really into her fitness. She regularly works out in the gym and has an amazing body.

“They have a few pals in common and grew close after bumping into one another at a couple of events.

“It’s early days but they enjoy each other’s company, and have become the talk of the WAGS.”

News of Giggs’ latest relationship comes two years after his divorce from wife Stacey, who is the mother of his two children.

Giggs split with Stacey in 2016 after Giggs had an affair with his brother’s wife Imogen Thomas.
