Music video director TG Omori has taken to social media to express frustration over his experience with Lagos traffic touts, popularly known as agberos
On X, he lamented that their behaviour forced him to stop using his luxury cars and switch to a smaller vehicle in search of peace on Lagos roads.
He wrote: “This traffic thugs really bullied me to park my cars and buy a small Hyundai to find peace in this Lagos roads.”
In another post, Omori recalled a distressing incident where he said he was rushing to the hospital for an emergency when he was stopped and harassed despite being in his Mercedes G-Wagon.
“One time I was rushing to the hospital for an emergency, back seat in my Gwagon this niggas blocked my car, chased it down traffic till I had to make a transfer,” he added.
His comments come shortly after rising singer Mavo reportedly faced a similar incident, where agberos allegedly harassed him and even stoned his car while he was stuck in traffic.
