Despite sporting a demure long-sleeve cover-up, the gaping design of Katie’s top threatened to reveal a little too much of her surgically enhanced figure.
But Katie didn’t seem to mind as she flicked her blonde extensions and worked her best pout in the sweltering Spanish sun.
After the shoot was over Katie wrapped herself up in a pink dressing gown and collapsed on a sun lounger.
