Ivy Ifeoma tells women not to chase rich husbands

Ivy Ifeoma, wife of singer Rudeboy, has encouraged women to prioritize their own financial growth rather than making the search for a wealthy husband their main objective.

Sharing her views on marriage and wealth, Ifeoma noted that while marrying a financially successful man can come with certain advantages, it should never be the foundation for choosing a life partner.

“This is my take on the idea of marrying a rich man and before you come for me, know that I was a millionaire before I met this man.

To be honest, marrying a rich man should not be anybody’s primary goal. Because why would you even have the primary goal of marrying somebody else because they are rich, at the end of the day it’s their money, not your money. I’d rather you stay in marriage with a generous person. But don’t get me wrong but marrying rich is a very good add-on because it can open doors of opportunities for you, but what I will tell you to do as a woman is to get rich….”

According to her, financial independence gives women greater freedom and security, making personal success a more valuable pursuit than relying on a partner’s wealth.
