I was once a thief – Charly Boy reflects

Veteran entertainer, Charly Boy has reflected on his troubled past, revealing that he was once involved in theft and other crimes in the United States

Speaking during an appearance on Arise Television’s Prime Time on Friday, Charly Boy said his younger years were marked by poor choices and reckless behavior, admitting he engaged in actions he now deeply regrets.

He disclosed that he took part in white-collar crimes at the age of 25, adding that his experiences have shaped his perspective on life and made him appreciate how far he has come.

He said:

“I’ve made mistakes in my life. I’ve been a thief. I’ve done very risky things. I’ve done very stupid things, very foolish things. In fact, I have no business being here with you tonight, but I guess there’s a purpose for my life.”

“I was doing white-collar crime when I was in America. I was about 25 years old. I was doing a lot of stupid stuff. That’s why I say I’ve been there.”
