Rema has shared his unique pre-show routine, revealing how he gets ready to perform on stage

The 25-year-old singer spoke to Dazed during Milan Fashion Week, explaining that his preparation often includes a combination of alcohol, cigarettes, and prayer.

“A little Tequila, a little cigarette, pray, tap in with the team and make sure everything is on cue. Performing has a lot to do with your breathwork and you have to keep the crowd going,” he said, emphasizing the importance of controlling his breath during live performances.

Rema also acknowledged the risks of his smoking habit, admitting it is his biggest vice, but noted that he manages it as part of his pre-show ritual.
