Gospel singer Okoro Uwale, popularly known as Essence, delighted fans by sharing the soundtrack from the famous Nigerian TV show, ‘Super Story’
In her video, Essence mentioned that many fans have been curious about the lyrics of the song, which first aired 27 years ago.
She also explained that people often tag her in videos of others singing the song, encouraging her to teach those unfamiliar with the lyrics since she originally performed it.
During the video, Essence praised the producer for maintaining the show’s quality over the years.
She also shared the lyrics and invited her followers to sing along to help them learn the words.
Interestingly, other gospel singers, like Tope Alabi, have also contributed lyrics to film and TV soundtracks.
Tope Alabi, despite some past disputes with other artists, has created many soundtracks for Yoruba movies and series.
