Damola Olatunji is celebrating as he passes his driving test

Taking to his Instagram page, he announced that he had finally passed his driving test.

”CONGRATULATIONS to me…if u know, you know…passing a driving test once in this part of the world is a big deal.A friend told me of a road safety personnel from our home country who failed 5 times.😳
Its working here because they combine competency,Verification with consequences.while we also have the System framework but lack the institutional capacity and political will to implement it consistently.
From WEAK ENFORCEMENT where licenses are issued but rarely revoked ,even for dangerous driving , to LOW ACCOUNTABILITY,LIMITED INFRASTRUCTURE and the oga patata of them all which is CORRUPTION …we can do better”, he wrote.
