Cristiano Ronaldo’s son has 992K instagram followers just a day after signing up

Cristiano Ronaldo’s eldest son has debuted on Instagram – and raked up a staggering 992,000 followers in less than 24 hours after introducing himself to fans in four languages.

Cristiano Ronaldo Jr, also known as Cristianinho, showed he’s already a skilled linguist despite being just nine years old by presenting himself to the world in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.

He gave the thumbs up after smiling at the camera and saying in English: “Hi guys. This is my new Instagram account. I hope you enjoy. Take care” before switching seamlessly to the other three languages.

He proved an immediate hit, with the selfie video being watched by 2.6 million people in its first 19 hours online.

His famous footballer dad and the Juventus striker’s friend Miguel Paixao were among the first to welcome him to Instagram.

The youngster, who is calling his Instagram site Minicristianoronaldo2010, followed it up by posting a picture of him and his younger siblings in a bathtub with their dad.

And he went on to make Cristiano’s stunning partner Georgina Rodriguez, who is helping to raise Cristiano Jr and his three siblings, happy by posting a photo of the two of them together at Milan fashion week.
