Burna Boy becomes African artiste with most Billboard Hot 100 entries

Burna Boy has become the only African artiste to have most entries in Billboard Hot 100 after his collaboration with Shakira, titled “Dai Dai,” which debuts at No. 75

The feat marks his ninth appearance on the prestigious chart, further strengthening his position as the African artist with the highest number of entries on the Billboard Hot 100.

Since his first appearance on the chart, the Nigerian star has steadily built an impressive record, consistently securing placements alongside some of the biggest names in global music.

With “Dai Dai,” Burna Boy also extends his historic streak as the only African artist to appear on the Billboard Hot 100 for six straight years, maintaining annual entries from 2021 to 2026.
