The President of the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA), Mike Dada has lost his wife, Modupe Temitope Dada.
Modupe passed away on October 19, 2024, at the age of 48.
Modupe succumbed to a brief illness at Dutchess International Hospital in Lagos, a statement said.
In an emotional Instagram post, Mike Dada announced the devastating news, describing his wife as a “true and loving wife and mother.”
He praised her dedication to family and Africa, saying she “always puts her family and Africa first.”
The Dada family has requested prayers and support during this difficult time, acknowledging that Modupe’s passing has left an irreparable void.
