Zlatan Ibile has advised Nigerians to take their parents’ health seriously by making sure they don’t ignore routine medical checkups.
On his X page, he encouraged people to stop leaving everything to prayers alone and to take practical steps, even if it’s just once a year, to ensure their parents are medically checked.
He wrote:
“Things might not be so smooth
But even if na once a year medical check up Run am for your mama or papa
No be by my parents will l!ve long in Jesus name
E GET WHY”.
The advice emphasizes the importance of prioritizing parents’ wellbeing beyond emergency situations.
It also draws attention to preventive healthcare and the tendency for routine medical checkups to be delayed until health issues become serious.
