Uche Ogbodo: No woman does BBL for their husband – GehGeh

Financial adviser and social commentator GehGeh has shared his thoughts on the collapse of Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo’s marriage to Bobby Maris, using the situation to speak about relationships, loyalty and cosmetic surgery

GehGeh argued that women who undergo BBL are often motivated by the desire to attract other men rather than to impress their husbands.

“I have said it before. Anytime a woman does BBL, she didn’t do it because of her husband. She did it to get attention from other men,” he said.

He went on to claim that many men mistakenly believe that providing financially is enough to secure a woman’s loyalty, insisting that modern relationships no longer work that way.

GehGeh also advised men not to stay in relationships where they are not appreciated, saying they should be prepared to walk away once they begin to experience disrespect and should avoid becoming dependent on their partners.

Speaking further on Uche Ogbodo’s marital crisis, he argued that genuine love should be reflected in a partner’s willingness to help the other succeed.

“If you’re with a woman who cannot use her money, status or connections to upgrade you, then dump her because that kind of woman does not love you,” he said.
