Uche Jombo defends kissing scene criticism

Uche Jombo has weighed in on the criticism trailing her colleague, Bolaji Ogunmola, over her frequent kissing scenes in movies.

Taking to Twitter, the Nollywood actress made it clear that filming intimate scenes is far from what many assume.

According to her, the process is not as exciting or enjoyable as it may appear on screen.

“Love scenes in films are not fun to film.
Not the way you guys think.
I know this job is okay, but let’s not play with the job”.

Her statement comes amid ongoing backlash directed at Ogunmola, with many seeing Uche’s comment as a firm reminder that acting is serious work that demands professionalism.
