Tonto Dikeh and two other Nigerian women have explained why they undergo cosmetic surgery. Recall the mother of one had gone under the knife last year, revealing this in her reality show.

She sat with BBC News Pidgin where she explained undergoing surgery transformed her and also noted she is an advocate for surgery but wouldn’t force any woman to do it

The two other women hid their identities but admitted their surgeries gave them self-confidence
