Taylor Swift’s dad accused of assaulting photographer

Taylor Swift’s father, Scott Swift, 71, faces assault accusations after a photo confrontation in Neutral Bay

Taylor Swift and her dad, Scott, concluded the Australian leg of her Eras tour on a luxurious superyacht named Quantum.

Before the alleged altercation, footage showed Scott flipping the middle finger at photographers on the wharf.

McDonald, Matrix Media Group CEO, calls Swift’s team’s statement ‘utter rubbish’ and insists Taylor was the only female present.

Police are investigating Scott’s alleged assault on McDonald, who initially thought it was a security guard charging at him.

McDonald, a photographer with 23 years of experience, describes the incident as unprecedented, involving security guards and umbrellas.

Despite not seeking medical attention, McDonald reports soreness on his face after the alleged assault.

Taylor Swift and entourage left Barangaroo after the controversy, heading to Singapore for her next show on March 2.

Scott, a constant presence during Taylor’s tour, now faces legal scrutiny following the unexpected end to the Australian leg.
