Super Eagles of Nigeria winger, Moses Simon, has announced his departure from FC Nantes after a six-year stint with the Ligue 1 club as he prepares to join Paris FC.

The 29-year-old Nigerian international and former Gent winger made the announcement via his official X account.
The farewell message to fans of Nantes was accompanied by a 75-second video montage capturing his special moments in the club’s iconic yellow and green colours.

“Six seasons giving everything with my heart,” Simon wrote in French.
“Sprints, crosses, goosebumps and memories engraved forever. Thank you FC Nantes, thank you, Beaujoire. I leave with pride and a piece of this club in my heart.”
Simon first joined Nantes on loan from Spanish club Levante in 2019, before making the move permanent a year later.
During his time at the club, he made 201 appearances, scoring 37 goals, and providing 42 assists for Les Canaris.
According to a report from Fabrizio Romano, Moses Simon (29), has completed his medical ahead of a move to Paris FC from Nantes. The newly promoted side have agreed a fee in the region of €7m with Les Canaris to acquire the services of the Nigerian international forward.

With his medical completed, only formalities now remain for Simon to be announced as a new player for the French capital club.
