Actress and television host Simi Drey has paid tribute to mothers across the world, acknowledging the challenges and sacrifices that come with raising children while balancing other responsibilities.
In a heartfelt message, Simi celebrated both working mothers and stay-at-home mothers, noting that motherhood remains one of life’s most demanding roles.
“Shout-out to every mother holding it down at work and those holding it down at home. Motherhood is a lot of things, but easy is not one of them,” she said.
The actress also expressed her hopes for the next generation, emphasizing that every parent’s desire is to see their children surpass their achievements.
“Regardless, the prayer is that our children will always be greater than us,” Drey added.
