Afrobeats musician, Seun Kuti is to be arraigned September 27th by a Chief Magistrate Court in Yaba, Lagos.
Chief Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun, the judge presiding over the case, was indisposed on Monday, leading to the fourth adjournment.
