Porsha Williams has secured a major victory in her divorce from Simon Guobadia, walking away with a seven-figure settlement, their Atlanta mansion and a luxury Rolls-Royce
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Porsha told the judge that Simon had agreed to transfer his interest in the Atlanta property they once shared to her through a quitclaim deed.
She also said Simon agreed to pay her $1,568,181.63 as reimbursement from his share of the home’s equity.
In addition, the agreement gives Porsha ownership of a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost, while Simon has reportedly committed to promptly paying other outstanding amounts owed to her.
The settlement also gives Porsha complete control over the property. She can refinance the mansion or sell it under commercially reasonable terms without needing Simon’s approval or involving an arbitrator.
