Mr Eazi hails Temi’s strength in pregnancy

As he and Temi Otedola get ready to welcome their first child, Mr Eazi has shared a heartfelt reflection on motherhood and the new perspective pregnancy has given him.

Speaking during a recent interview, the singer said watching Temi carry their baby has made him appreciate women in a much deeper way.

Looking at his wife, he said, “Temi, seeing you pregnant made me look at my mum differently and realize women are actually supernatural. Bringing another human into this world is something I’ll never stop respecting.”

Mr Eazi said the experience has also made him think more about his own mother and what she went through while raising him and his sister.

For the first time, he said, he found himself looking beyond the role of “mum” and seeing her as a young woman who was trying to navigate life, family and responsibility while raising children.

That realization, he explained, made everything feel more real.

The couple announced they were expecting their first child a few weeks ago with a series of black-and-white photographs. Since then, they have kept most of their journey private, sharing only a few moments with the public.

Now preparing for a new chapter together, Mr Eazi’s comments offered a simple and personal insight into how the experience has affected him, and the growing appreciation he has for the women who take on the journey of motherhood.
