Metro Boomin sued for alleged s3xual battery, allegedly impregnating woman

Grammy-winning music producer Metro Boomin, real name Leland Wayne, is facing a lawsuit from Vanessa LeMaistre, who alleges that he s3xually assaulted her in 2016. LeMaistre filed the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, claiming that she and Metro had developed a friendship during a trip to Las Vegas earlier that year. She alleges that while grieving the loss of her 9-month-old son, Metro invited her to his Los Angeles studio, where she says she observed him misusing codeine.

According to LeMaistre, in September 2016, she visited Metro again at his studio, where she took half a Xanax pill and a shot of alcohol to cope with her grief. She claims she soon blacked out and later regained consciousness to find Metro allegedly assaulting her. LeMaistre says she woke up again in a Beverly Hills hotel room with no memory of how she arrived there.

LeMaistre claims she discovered a pregnancy soon after, which she alleges could only have been from Metro. She terminated the pregnancy in November 2016.

LeMaistre also points to lyrics in Metro’s 2017 song “Rap Saved Me,” featuring 21 Savage, Offset, and Quavo, as referencing her trauma, specifically the line: “She took a Xanny / Then she fainted.” In her lawsuit, she is seeking unspecified damages for emotional and mental distress, as well as punitive damages.

In response, Metro’s attorney, Lawrence Hinkle II, told TMZ, “This is a pure shakedown. These are false accusations. Mr. Wayne refused to pay her months ago, and he refuses to pay her now. Mr. Wayne will defend himself in court and will file a claim for malicious prosecution once he prevails.” Metro Boomin has yet to release a personal statement on the matter.
