Mercy Eke laments closure of Heritage Bank, says I have over N100M with them

BBNaija Season 4 winner, Mercy Eke has lamented the closure of Heritage Bank, saying she has over N100M with the bank, and now confused over their sudden shutdown.

Mercy disclosed this on X.

Recall the CBN announced the banking license of the bank has been revoked.

Mercy who says she blames herself for fixing her money with them said BBN housemates of her time were advised to open an account with them to receive their winnings.

Since then, she put some of her savings there since she had no idea the bank was struggling financially.

Although the NDIC has promised to pay customers who have less than N5 million in the next one week, customers who have more will have to wait until the bank assets are liquidated to receive theirs.
