Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag has tasked the club’s hierarchy to bring Napoli forward, Victor Osimhen to Old Trafford this summer.
Ten Hag is determined to bring in a new striker despite the club’s impressive performance this season.
Osimhen is the Dutchman’s number one target, according to the Manchester Evening News.
The Nigeria international has also been linked with another Premier League giant, Chelsea.
The 23-year-old has scored 19 goals in 20 league appearances for Napoli this season.
It may, however, be difficult for Manchester United to find an agreement with Napoli as the Partenopei’s owner, Aurelio De Laurentiis is known to be a shrewd negotiator.
