Magnito Reveals Collaboration With Duncan Mighty; Says Industry Lacks Structure

Mohammed Usman Adamu, popularly known by the moniker, Magnito, has revealed he is currently working with Port-Harcourt’s first son, Duncam Mighty, on a new track.

He made the revelation in an interview with Wazobia Max TV, where he was hosted by comedian and Instagram sensation, Nedu.

Magnito who has released some notable tracks, such as; If I get Money, Girls, Loud, Meaning of Love and several others, also revealed that he had recorded a song with Duncan Mighty 9 years back.

A collaboration with Duncan Mighty is coming at the right time considering his bounce back into the industry after the release of his international hit “Fake Love” which featured Star Boy honcho, Wizkid.

Meanwhile, Magnito has revealed the Nigerian music industry lacks the proper structure to foster collaborations unlike their international counterparts.

According to Magnito, collaborations are done based on understanding between both artistes. This makes collaborations very difficult to achieve.

On his collaboration with Patoranking on his hit tune “When I Get Money”, he revealed he has long been friends with Patoranking, and that had helped him with the collaboration, further establishing his earlier point on the industry’s structure on collaborations.

He also added that the Available crooner has been as a source of inspiration to many other artiste.

The rapper has been doing well for himself considering that he recently bagged a multi million Dollar deal in Dubai.
