Kizz Daniel has sued popular newspaper, Vanguard, over the recent rape scandal involving COZA lead pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo and Timi’s wife, Busola Dakolo.
According to the singers lawyers, the newspaper made a publication which said Kizz Daniel reacted to the trending story.
A letter sent to the newspaper contained the header of the publication and the link. The headline read; “Celebrities have no right to judge pastor Biodun Fatotinbo – Kizz Daniel”.
The letter also listed a couple of things written by the newspaper about the singer (Kizz Daniel) which placed him in bad light.
The singers counsel has come out to defend its client. The letter also says Kizz Daniel never commented on the ongoing rape crisis to Vangaurd or any other medium.
Meanwhile Tooxclusive reports, Kizz Daniel would be seeking damages of N100 million.
