Babcock University Students Association has confirmed that Nigerian singer, Kizz Daniel, who was held hostage by students of the University for refusing to perform after he was reportedly paid N3.5m, has returned the money. If you missed that story, FIND HERE.
It was further gathered that the controversy was also hinged on the singer’s late arrival from Dubai. Though there was formal agreement on arrival time, however, the management of Babcock University reportedly has a strict regulation on the timing of events.
The executives of Babcock University Students AssociationFlyboy also repudiated any defamatory content against BUSA, Kizz Daniel and Flyboy INC. The statement read in part;
We send our sincere apologies to Kizz Daniel and the students of Babcock University for any inconvenience experienced. We hereby repudiate any defamatory content against BUSA, Kizz Daniel and Fly boy INC’
