Iyabo Ojo, a veteran Nollywood actress, has addressed Seun Kuti, a prominent Afrobeat singer, for pitching tent with Verydarkman in a long term feud with the activist.
Verydarkman had accused Iyabo Ojo of accepting N65M to advocate for justice for Mohbad, a late musician.
Iyabo Ojo clarified that she spent her own funds to pursue legal action for Mohbad’s case, contrary to Verydarkman’s claims.
She expressed her disappointment in Seun Kuti’s support for Verydarkman, stating that she would not have had an issue if Verydarkman had not defamed her.
Iyabo Ojo’s husband, Paulo Okoye, had advised her to drop the case, but Verydarkman continued to attack her and even targeted her husband after Davido’s high-profile wedding.
