Mr Macaroni has spoken about rejecting Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s apology during a podcast discussion
He recalled how he was harassed and arrested during the #EndSARS protest in Lagos.
He said the Governor reached out to him afterwards and invited him to his office, a thing he said he turned down.
Macaroni said he declined insisting if an apology was truly intended, it should be done in a more personal and direct way. He stated that he suggested the Governor comes to his house instead, stressing that elected officials are servants of the people.
The comedian was among those arrested during the #EndSARS protests in Lagos.
