Music executive, Don Jazzy has revealed he once tried to sell, his now rested record label, Mo’Hit to another music executive, Obi Asika
He said he attempted to sell it for just one million naira.
In an exclusive interview with Bounce Radio, the Don said the idea came up after the record label released D’banj single “Tongolo”, which failed to yield the expected financial result.
He said he then approached Asika to buy it, but the deal failed.
Mo’hit was Don Jazzy’s first record label before starting Mavin records, when he and his partner D’banj parted ways.
