Hilda Baci has received her third Guinness World Record plaque, months after being officially confirmed as a three-time title holder in January
Sharing the milestone with her followers on Instagram on Friday, the culinary star reflected on the journey behind the recognition.
“Third time. Not because I planned it. Not because I felt ready. But because God allowed it.
“Unboxing this record pack felt like reliving the moment all over again. The nerves. The faith. The sacrifice. The prayers. The belief that something bigger than me was happening.
“I don’t take this lightly. I don’t get used to it. I’m just deeply grateful. Thank you to everyone who has stood by me from the very first ‘let’s try’ to this third ‘officially amazing.’”
In January, Guinness World Records confirmed her latest achievement, accomplished in partnership with food brand Gino Nigeria.
Her massive 2025 serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice was recognised not only as the largest portion of its kind, but also as the largest serving of rice ever recorded.
The feat adds to her growing list of global accomplishments. In 2023, she first made headlines after setting the record for the longest cooking marathon, a moment that propelled her into international spotlight and cemented her place in record-breaking history.
