Helping Hands International Host Free Skill Acquisition Training For Police Officers Wives Association (POWA), Kwara State Chapter

Helping Hands International Concept has extended its hands of help to the members of the Nigeria Police in form of training for members of the force.

About a 100 of them were trained for seven days in skill acquisition programmes aimed at prompting dexterity among members of the force.

According to a director of the organisation, Ambassador Obitex, they were trained the act of soap making, paint production, leather works (shoes and bags) and disinfectant making.

According to Obitex, it was excitement galore as the police men and women painted the the police station with paints produced from the skill acquisition programme.
While Ambassador Obitex assured that Helping Hands International Concept’s readiness to key into the nation building programme of the federal government of President Muhammadu Buhari by taking the skill acquisition programme to other States of the federation in the nearest future.  He also promised that the organisation will also venture into wealth creation through its empowerment programme for youths.
