Scott Disick and Sofia Richie have sparked reunion rumours, with them reportedly staying in constant contact ever since their split. Kourtney Kardashian’s ex, 37, is said to have recently split from model Sofia, 21, after three years together. But sources close to the former couple say they’ve been texting constantly ever since, and that it looks like there’s a big chance they’ll get back together. Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Scott and Sofia, daughter of singer Lionel Richie, ended their romance earlier this month, following his short stint in rehab. Now, a source tells Us Weekly : “Scott and Sofia’s breakup is definitely a real breakup, but they have been staying in touch and texting since they split. “Their friends think that there is a big chance they could get back together at some point.” It was said that Sofia had grown frustrated over Scott’s close relationship with his ex Kourtney, with whom he shares kids Mason, 10, Peneleope, seven, and Reign, five. The break up came not long after his stint in rehab and rumours that he’d checked in to deal with addictions to alcohol and cocaine. But his lawyer set the record straight, saying he had gone to the facility to deal with past traumas, including the deaths of both his parents.
